After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the address to submit your payment to.
–The only payment method accepted at this time is cash in the mail, and must be sent via USPS. We suggest using large bills, but it is not a requirement. We recommend using a USPS shipping envelope/bubble mailer.
-WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE SUBMIT PAYMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION TO AVOID ANY DELAYS IN YOUR ORDER. Payments not received within 14 days from the date the order was placed will be cancelled and will need to be placed again. Items are available on a first come first serve basis and waitlists may apply.
Once your payment has been sent, we ask that you provide us with tracking information if you have it. (Your order may ship faster if payment tracking is provided) If you do not provide tracking information, then please be sure you include your name and/or email you used to place the order with your payment.
-All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail. Once your payment is received, then you order will ship! Most orders in the US arrive 2-4 business days after payment is received.
***Clone shipping may vary and will be communicated to you via email after your order is placed. Availability of rooted clones is on a 2-week rotating schedule & we generally only ship live plants Monday thru Wednesday to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.
